Strategy Evaluation on BCG Matrix

The internal factors of an individual continuously change, hence it is important for me to evaluate my BCG Matrix in a timely manner.

After my observation, I noticed that there are big changes in my BCG Matrix.


Explanation:
1. Cheezzzie
- Still remain in the Star category steadily!
- Undefeatable~

2. Jo
- High growth of potential
- Long jumper, so she is able to jump from Star to Dog, without crossing Cash Cow~

3. Yen
- High growth of potential
- Able to enter the Dog category directly

4. Kennis + Yee
- Good room mates
- Cant leave each other, so Kennis brought Yee into the Dog category

5. Joey
- Undefeatable as well
- Queen of the dogs
- Enthusiastic in exploring, guiding and supporting potential dogs

6. Me
- Previously harvested from BCG categories
- Being guided and supported by the Queen, therefore, joining the family of Dog category

What I want to say is,
Everyone is struggling to get into the Dog category!!

Clarification

People always say I'm deaf.
I just want to clarify something.
No~ Actually I'm not deaf, I just have some bad friends.

Explanation:
JN: Well, she is definitely in the Dog category, same group with her favourite singer, and she has to be placed at the right corner of the Dog box, to reflect her 'dogness'. The choices that she has is only liquidation, retrenchment is not suitable for her, because this will ruin more people's life.

KT: Hmm... Previously, she was in Cash Cows category, but now stepping her foot into the Dog category. If she continues current situation, she will be completely in the Dog category. KT, to safe yourself, the only choice is development, develop your strength.

TL: TL, you tend to move towards the Dog category, is it because your room mate is there? Tell me, is she threatening you to join her? Dun be afraid, tell me the truth. I'll try to help you. If not, soon you'll join her and swim doggy style.

JT: At first, she was in the Stars category, but after I found that she likes to take ugly photo of other people, so in my opinion, she is stepping into the Cash Cows category. JT, actually you have the talent to be in Dog category is it? You're interested in that category?

SL: SL, the best among them, because she diam diam sit there and laughed at me also, so her accusation is not that terrible, still has high market share and high growth (only if you don't mix others too much)


Look at this bad friend No.2, how many plates she ate, she ate our portion, and we just sat there and look at her eating face.

Today I went back to my secondary school...
Wau, everything has changed...
Well, I am a very traditional student, erhem,
of course I cant accept these changes lar...

Now,
Girls are having long hairs... (last time hair long abit also the prefect shouted 'cut cut cut')

Students can bring handphone to school... (last time my fren brought hp also must hide it inside the bra, hahaha)

My dear teacher is pregnant again... (miss miss her)

Our headmaster has changed his car!! (surprisingly, mayb recently he got 'extra ' money to change new car liao, who knows)

The new hall is constructing... (got indoor court inside!! which I got no chance to use, ish~)

The canteen has changed owner... (miss the boss who always treat me makan one :D)
no more hostel there...

The old haunted tree has been chopped... (used to be one of the main characters of our ghost stories when i stayed in hostel)

And... and... Today only I realized that I've left my school for 6 years and now I'm already 24! Gosh... I'm so young!!..........................

If I can...

How good if I can let the time flows backwards....

Alor Setar Trip - Muzium Padi

I just came back from my Penang-Alor Setar trip.


I saw alot of funny places names, like
- Kota Sarang Semut (Who'll stay there?)
- Jalan Langgar (All cars there must langgar everyday?)

There was flood at Alor Setar. On our way to the Muzium Padi, we saw that houses were being flooded.




Some victims were sitting infront of the houses, leg soaking in the water, face like ngoi ngoi dei, 人生了无生趣....

We couldn't find the way to Muzium Padi, so we stopped and asked one of the victims, luckily they were willing to give direction and not "Saya susah hati lar, jangan tanya saya lar, pergi pergi~"....

When we were on our way back to Penang, I saw a police car...

Since when Malaysia starts to use Rexton as police car?
So rich geh....

Today, finally I understand what is "kek people ask kek questions", hahahaha~
But why? Why kek people must ask kek questions?

Feel so happy this week, coz my sis is getting married soon~
How happy am I? When i was taking breakfast before going to work,
I sat there and just thought of it only, I ady happy til cry,
sounds so lame... :p
But I am as happy as when a father knows her daughter is getting married,
I know Dad will be that happy too...

Coming monday is the 3rd year dad left us (so fast, feel like its just yesterday),
same date as sis's bday,
but we're not sad at all,
everyone at home feels so happy (duno whether there are exceptions or not)....
Because we know,
Dad will always be in our heart and be around to proctect us

The Year of Jacky Cheung World Tour 07

Well, I am Jacky Cheung's fans, of course I must be there~~!!
It was really a FANTASTIC show~!
3 and a half hour concert~!
39 songs~!

Although the ticket I bought was not cheap...
But I still couldn't see Jacky's face clearly... >.< !!


So I blamed my sister,
on the 1st day which the tickets were released for sale,
I asked her to buy,
she 'mm teh mm diu'...
See, now good lar,
sit so far, how to see Jacky~!


If the stage doesn't have the 3 big screens,
I wouldn't know that the guy standing on the stage was Jacky Cheung.... (-__-")


Then another sad thing is we couldn't snap a clear photo of Jacky....

So I blamed my sister again,
asked her to bring along the camera,
she said used her handphone camera,
see, now good lar,
don't even have a clear photo to prove that we actually went to the concert~!

Next time I must buy VVIP ticket~ >.< !!!

Today is already the 6th day after Jacky Cheung's concert,
but I'm still drunk in his world,
listening to his song again and again, non-stop~
He was so cool that night,
so 'fung sou',
sing, dance, act~

My -SHORT- Holiday

Just able to have one week rest after the final exams and before my industrial training, well, its definitely not enough for me to play, sleep and rest... But what to do, I just have one week time~

Fortunately, I still can spent 3 days 2 nights for my Taiping-Cameron trip~

Ostrich

"Oh my god!! You wana try some frozen ostrich butt? My butt feels so cold, can I have a blanket please?"

This ostrich's butt looks like the frozen chicken in the fridge....

"Hey you, what are you looking at? My wings? You know what happen to them? Coz I ate too much shits, why am I eating shits? Coz there are nothing else to eat other than my own shit!"

"Damn, everyone looking at my butt, so siasui! Ok Ok, take as many photos as u can! Yayaya, those are piles on my butt! Surprise? Why? Blame the stupid fellow who put me at the same shed with the stupid cow!"

"Ya!! I did it! So what? No big deal!"

Pameran Menyingkap Khazanah Alam

Although this place was hot like sauna room,
but I saw something...something...unbelievable!!
I couldnt believe what I saw!!
Its a Mermaid!! A "Dried Mermaid"!!!
The guy who work here said that this mermaid is from Indonesia,
actually she was a girl, a normal girl,
but was being cursed by her mother and became a mermaid,
a few days time after she became a mermaid,
she passed away....

Third station - Taiping Museum (It was the first mesuem in Malaysia)

The weather there was so foggy, but i like this weather! :D Cool!

When we were on our way back, we passed by the Rose Valley,
and this place reminded me something funny.
Last time when we went to Cameron with my uncle's family (this time we went with them again), we visited this Rose Valley. If you have been to this Rose Valley before, I'm sure you'll know that we need to pass by a row of stalls which sell vegetables and flowers before we reach the entrance of this Rose Valley.

So, when we passed by a stall, my uncle saw a pumpkin and wanted to buy (because ppl said that the pumpkins in Cameron are very sweet), but the aunty sold very expensive, and so my uncle didn't want to buy from her, but the aunty was still trying to persuade my uncle to buy, then my uncle told her: "Later lar, I have a date with Rose now, later i come back again." Hahahaha.....

Not sure whether u all are familiar with this product or not,
but nowadays, its a quite popular thing,
so i just want to share with everyone what i've bought =)
